Blia Cha is a loving mother of two boys. She has been with Hmong Women's Heritage Association for three years. She is passionate about the work that she does and enjoys helping the Hmong community. She enjoys being around her family and friends. During her free time, Blia spends it with her family, goes shopping, watches movies, and does house chores.
