Mrs. Franz has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and is currently finishing her Master's in Public Administration. Mrs. Franz has over 7 years working in the non-profit sector. Her background covers area in Outcome Evaluation, Program Development, Community and Civic Engagement and Advocacy, Management Information Systems and Participatory Facilitation. She continues to work with federal, state, county and local entities in coordinating services to underserved communities through means of systems change.   She is a proud mother and a devoted wife, the daughter of Yong Chue Lor and Ker Lee and a sister to 11 other wonderful sibilings.
